I created this meditation based on my knowledge in the field of stress relief and neuro muscular bodywork for the 14+ years. It is very helpful for people with neck and back pain.

Having suffered acute panic attacks and anxiety for years and successfully healing myself, I also created this meditation for people with similar issues.
